In Arizona for a classic car? Consider making a classic buy on a luxury home, too.
If you’re a qualified home buyer looking for a distinguished property in the Valley of the Sun, mark January 31, 2018, to attend the premiere of what will become an annual auction event for savvy connoisseurs of great homes.
Private Client Group and New York City-based Concierge Auctions are co-hosting the inaugural Properties of Southwest Estate Portfolio Auction at the Phoenician Resort in Phoenix, beginning at 10 a.m. Small bites and beverages will be served.
“Every January, collectors from around the world come to Arizona to buy Collectible Cars at our Auctions or attend the world-famous Phoenix Open. This one-day event is your opportunity to acquire a premier home at a great price as well,” says Frank Aazami, founder and principal of the Private Client Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Scottsdale.
One of the most-trusted Valley real estate companies, the 70-year-old firm was founded in 1947 by pioneering broker, Russ Lyon, SIR, and helped generate today’s robust demand for luxury homes in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Pre-qualified and registered bidders from around the globe can bid in person at the event or on their Smart Phones and iPads. For those who don’t use smart devices, bids will also be taken by phone.
Aazami says: “Outstanding residential properties, one of the world’s A-list resorts and the beauty of the mild desert winter: We’ve assembled everything to help you find your new luxury home in Arizona!”
Home Sellers save Time, Acquire Certainty
Sellers benefit, too, by placing their homes in the auction portfolio.
The high-end luxury properties are all in the Phoenix metropolitan area, non-distressed, exceed $2 million in market value with little to no debt, to be sold “As Is for cash without conditions.”
“Many people don’t have to sell but are frankly tired of waiting for the market to come back,” Aazami explains. “This auction is designed just for them: sellers who highly value their time, would prefer the certainty of sale now and still expect a white glove, high-touch experience.
“For decades, we have witnessed the success at Sotheby’s Auction House, and that is exactly what we will be doing at the end of January in Phoenix,” Aazami adds. “Auctions like this can successfully sell the finer tangibles in life. Our objective is to strike a conversation, motivate people who have been sitting on the fence and get their property sold in the process.”
Why Concierge Auctions?
Concierge Auctions, based in New York City, has worked in 38 states and 18 countries. The firm recently targeted two portfolio-style sales similar to this one towards Chinese buyers, which resulted in great success.
Total worldwide sales for the company exceed $1.5 billion, and 2017 trophy sales include a waterfront Château in Geneva, Switzerland, and a nearly $40-million residence in Dallas, Texas.
The properties for the Arizona event will be uploaded to www.ConciergeAuctions.com during the first two weeks of January and will be updated through the morning of the auction.
Aazami and Concierge Auctions are planning preview events at each of the portfolio properties in January, coinciding with two of the car auctions, Barrett-Jackson and RM Sotheby’s in, respectively, Scottsdale and Phoenix between January 13 and 21. These will be updated to the website.
“This first event will certainly become an annual ‘auction after the auctions’ in the Valley of the Sun,” Aazami says. “We welcome your interest.” Watch our video here: https://vimeo.com/248671543
